I was born on January 29th, 2009!

My name is Elan Claire Taniguchi. I was born on January 29th, 2009 at 10:18pm. I was 18 inches long. I was healthy and very alert. I had lots of hair - brown with light highlights. I cried for just a minute or two, then was calm and alert as I met my family. I met my mom and dad, my cousin Tyson, My uncles Aaron, Woody and Jake and all of my Grandmas and Grandpas. It was a very exciting day. I stayed in the hospital with my mom and dad for two days then went on my first ride in the carseat. I cried at first, but as soon as the car started, I calmed down and slept the whole way home.
